Description
Pair of Chinese plates with floral motifs from the Compagnie des Indes dating from the 18th century. They are decorated with a bouquet of flowers and small flowers on the contours. The outline is decorated with a golden garland a little faded.
These two soup plates were made for export, recognizable by the European inspiration of the flowers. The decorations are hand painted.
