The Port of Honfleur’, oil on canvas, by Gervais Leterreux (1993). This is a charming painting of the port of Honfleur. E specially known for its old port, Honfleur is characterised by its houses with slate-covered frontages painted many times by artists including in particular, Gustave Courbet, Eugne Boudin, Claude Monet and Johan Jongkind. The Sainte-Catherine church, which has a bell tower separate from the principal building, is the largest wooden church in France. Please enjoy the many photos accompanying this listing.
