Description
Chiseled and gilt bronze inkwell made off with a scalloped red lacquer tray with a molded gilt bronze edge with a decor of gadroons, flowers, and foliage. Chinese style red lacquer tray decorated with mountains, pagodas, and characters, two gilt-bronze covered pots shape reservoirs are fixed. They stand on a small scalloped leg, they are a twisted decorated belly, edges are adorned with frames and shells. Removable covers with a small flower handle. Work realized in the late 19th century.
