SET OF 6 MID-CENTURY CARVED DINING CHAIRS FROM CIRCA 1940. GOOD QUALITY SET OF OF SWEDISH MADE DINING CHAIRS COMPRISING OF 2 CARVER ARMCHAIRS AND 4 SINGLE CHAIRS. MADE IN BEECH WHICH HAS BEEN STAINED TO APPEAR LIKE WALNUT, PRESENTED IN A CONTRASTING GREEN FABRIC. SHAPED SHIELD BACKS WITH CARVED FLORAL DESIGN TO THE BACK REST. CARVED SHELL DESIGN TO THE KNEE, EACH STANDING ON A SCROLLED LEG. MINOR SURFACE MARKS TO WOODWORK. EXPECTED WEAR TO ORIGINAL FABRIC WITH SOME MISSING BRAID. IDEAL CANDIDATE TO BE RE-COVERED.
