Black and silver lacquered metal base.
The foot is in chrome metal. It tilts forwards, backwards.
The reflector is made of black lacquered metal, it tilts and rotates 360.
Below is the glass diffuser, surrounded by a chrome metal ring.
It is held by a chrome-plated metal part which has openings to extract heat from the bulbs (2 lights).
