Description
Mid-century wall lamp by Napako based on a design by Josef Hurka.
This minimalist design impresses with its functional details. The lamp head has a classic spotlight shape. It is connected to the shaft via a ball joint and can therefore be individually aligned. A blinding ring protrudes below the actual shade. It makes the light more diffuse and protects against direct glare from the lamp. The most striking detail of this lamp is the finely crafted swivel arm. This is angled and forms a simple joint in the middle. Towards the wall, the arm is clamped into a wall base. It penetrates the base to hold the cantilevered lamp. The color of the shade is repeated in the wall base.
The lamp is in very good condition with signs of wear and patina. The arm is slightly deformed.
