Description
An amazing and unique set of three vintage comic strip oil paintings of The Black Widow. We would date these to around the 1970s.
They are beautifully executed and are made to sit together as a comic strip, depicting a scene from Marvels Black Widow.
Each is signed in the lower corner with the artists initials GM. They are painted on canvass mounted on board, and are mostly in great condition. There is one tiny perforation to the lower part of the middle painting, seen in the images. There is also some very slight wear and faint marks to the lower edge of the largest painting.
