Description
This is a very rare antique vase that was only made between the year 1915-1926 at Rrstrand in Stockholm Sweden.
The vase is made of flintware. It has a glossy, fine surface with decorative leaves, grapes and flowers. This vase is a part of the serie ” Druva ” , ” Grape “.
The Rrstrand porcelain factory was founded in 1726 at Rrstrand Castle in Stockholm.
The company was led by a German porcelain manufacturer named Johann Wolff. At that time, Chinese dcor was Rrstrand’s main inspiration and it was not until the 1740s that the company began to produce its own patterns.
Rrstrand was a large-scale industry in the early 1900s that achieved international success.
