We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely, heavily carved Dutch oak wall hanging coat hat and scarf rack with French gold gilt brass hooks A very good looking well made and decorative coat wall rack, I have seen these used in hallways, bathrooms, studys, attached to the sides of furniture and even in kitchens to hang utensils from, it is a very well made utilitarian piece The condition is excellent, we have cleaned waxed and polished the timber from top to bottom, the gilt brass hooks have nicely aged and have a wonderful patination Dimensions Height:- 27cm Width:- 114cm Depth:- 19cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point. Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
