Description
Pair of benches designed by Ren Martin, known as “Ren les Ciseaux”, a renowned cabinetmaker who collaborated with Charlotte Perriand, around 1960.
These solid pine benches have a robust and minimalist construction, and thus embody the functional and refined aesthetic specific to alpine developments of this era. The thick top rests on two sled-shaped legs, ensuring stability and solidity, while a central spacer reinforces the structure.
Origin: Mribel ski resort.
