Description
Black Pala clamp table lamp by Corrado and Luigi Aroldi for Luci, designed around 1970.
The shade is made of lacquered metal and contains a chromed steel screen. The lamp can be attached to, for instance, a desk with a clamp.
This clamp contains a hexagonal opening into which a chrome-plated metal rod can be placed. The lamp has a comparable opening. This allows adjustment of the position of the lamp and the direction of the light.
Corrado and Luigi Aroldi designed among others Periscopio, Bridge and Spicchio for Stilnovo. These lamps were – like Pala- produced in different applications, such as wall, table and floor lamps.
