Description
The Wishbone chair by Hans Wegner is an object of desire for many design lovers. Created in 1949, it made part of a collection of 4 chairs named Chinese chairs inspired by the thrones of the Ming dynasty, that the great Danish designer produced for the company Carl Hansen & Son. with the peculiar design, a large seat, a tall back and the characteristic letter Y in the lumbar region, this chair emulates the form of a chickens bone that gives the name to it.
In Atelier M, this chair was named Xeque-Mate because has a letter X instead of the letter Y.
