The size is 225 cm x 95 cm Cor Kraat educated at the Rotterdamse Academy of Art in Rotterdam Cor Kraat (1946) is one of the Rotterdam artists who perhaps left the most traces in the public art of his city. First under the name ‘Art and Sailing’ he and Hans Citroen were responsible for the hat floating in the water in Noord, and he made the wild branching lamppost in the Karel Doormanstraat and recently a wall relief for the Zeemanshuis aan de Maas. His work is always recognizable.
