Musician is an original artwork realized by Emmanuel Gondouin (Versailles, 1883 – Parigi, 1934) in 1930’s. This charcoal drawing is a study for the graphic collection entitled “Africa”. The work is glued to a cardboard. Good condition. Numbered by the artist. Emmanuel Gondouin is a French cubist painter born in Versailles in 1883 and died in Paris in 1934. Considered a cursed painter, he lived in misery. He lives in the districts of Montmartre then Montparnasse in Paris, survives thanks to industrial design and becomes Modiglianis friend. Gondouin has taken part in exhibitions abroad, notably in New York and Chicago.
