Description
A large column lamp in the Empire style. Made of white painted and glazed ceramics decorated with gilding.
The lamp refers to classic patterns. The shaft is in the form of a fluted column set on a tall, rectangular pedestal with a laurel wreath motif. Elegant white and gold colors and ornaments make the lamp a part of the Empire-style products. Items representing this style were popular especially in rich and classic interiors.
The lamp is complemented by a high-class white lampshade with delicate pleats and decorative haberdashery. The lamp has a few small, little visible splinters, which are in the convention of an ancient object
