Description
Charming rustic Tramp Art wall mirror from the period around 1880 in Austria. This unique carved wooden mirror has been artfully handcrafted in the late 19th century out of basswood and shows a lovely brown surface finished with a satin gloss varnish. Beside the fantastic looking protruding corners, this decorative rural tramp art mirror impresses with its great worked chip carved design. A hand forged copper clamp on the back makes wall mounting easy. The mirror plate has been renewed during the restoration process.
