Description
Pair of sculptures created by the artist Savino Tripodi.
Sculptures made of glazed and painted terracotta love.
The two sculptures each depict two faces with ancient and deformed features.
They are designed to be hung on the wall so that the heads come out of the wall.
Savino Tripodi is a Turin ceramist with a small artisan workshop where since the 1950s he has produced and signed a small collection of sculptures, majolica and small furnishing accessories.
The works are both signed on the back.
The heads are in an excellent state of conservation, only one of the two has live chipping visible in the photo.
