Table receiver TS 3 Designer: Herbert Hirche Year: 1957 Manufacturer: Braun AG, Kronberg Country: Germany Measurements: H 33 cm W 60,5 cm D 28,5cm Material: Wooden chassis elm, front glass pane illuminated and printed, loudspeaker cover covered with fabric, control elements melamine light gray. Condition: good original condition Special Remarks: with few signs of wear. TS 3 stands for Tischsuper, a radio receiver with a so-called superhet circuit. The shapely device was designed for all wavebands of the time and plays on VHF. Dial lighting, magic eye and volume control do not work at the moment.
