Description
Imposing mid century ceiling or wall light from Staff according to a design by the Japanese designer Motoko Ishii.
This design convinces with its reflective surfaces. The game with reflections creates a special depth. The reflective areas double the elements and reinforce the lighting effect. Cycles of the same height are arranged in series on a elongated base plate. At the upper end of the cylinder, small E14 versions sit over which a head -mirrored glass ball is screwed. A special element are the screwable glass balls that protect the lamp and optically enlarges it. The actually small E14 lamp gets the appearance of a globe lamp. The transparent volume gives the whole design a certain lightness. This lamp can be mounted on the ceiling or wall.
The lamp is in very good condition with signs of wear. Small missing points in the mirror of the balls.
